Privacy notice (KVKK)
This notice explains how personal data you share through the quote form on this website and our contact channels is processed, in line with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

2. Data we process
- Identity: full name.
- Contact: email address, phone number.
- Request data: company name, product type, quantity, material, notes, uploaded files and their contents.
- Security: IP address, spam-protection verification data, server logs.
3. Purposes
Receiving, assessing and answering quote requests; contacting you; keeping records of requests; keeping the form secure and preventing abuse.
4. Legal grounds
KVKK Art. 5/2-c (necessary for entering into or performing a contract) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest: form and infrastructure security). The transfer of data to service providers abroad is based on your explicit consent (see section 5).
5. Transfers
Form data may be processed on servers outside Turkey through our service providers: Cloudflare for hosting, file storage and spam protection, and Resend for email delivery. This transfer is made under KVKK Art. 9, within the framework of the providers’ data processing agreements and based on the explicit consent of the data subject. Data may also be shared with authorities where required by law.
When you press “Show map”, the map loads from Google Maps and your browser connects to Google. No data is sent to Google unless you press the button.
6. How we collect data
Electronically through the quote form on this website, and by email and phone.
7. Retention period
Quote requests and their attachments are kept for 2 years from the date of the request and deleted at the end of that period. If a request turns into an order or contract, the related records are kept for the statutory retention periods under the Turkish Commercial Code and the Tax Procedure Law (10 years). Files uploaded temporarily through the form but never submitted are deleted automatically within 24 hours.
8. Your rights under KVKK Art. 11
- to learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it,
- to learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly,
- to know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom data is transferred,
- to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- to request deletion or destruction under KVKK Art. 7,
- to request that corrections and deletions are notified to third parties who received the data,
- to object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis,
- to claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

10. Cookies
This website may only use strictly necessary cookies for security and spam protection. These are used by our hosting provider Cloudflare and by the spam protection on the quote form (Cloudflare Turnstile) to keep the site and the form running safely; they are not used to build personal profiles. No analytics, advertising or marketing cookies are used and visitors are not tracked.
The map is loaded by Google only when you press “Show map”. From that moment, Google’s own cookie policy applies within the map. No connection to Google is made unless you press the button.
